1. Sign in at secure.hulu.com/account in a desktop or mobile browser. The Hulu apps on TVs and streaming sticks do not expose email settings.
2. Scroll to Privacy and Settings.
3. Open Manage Email Notifications.
4. Switch off the promotional categories - recommendations, new arrivals, and offers. Billing and account notices are not part of this list and continue regardless.

Method 2: the unsubscribe link in any Hulu email

Every Hulu promotional email has a footer Unsubscribe link, and Gmail and Apple Mail surface Hulu's List-Unsubscribe header as a native one-click button at the top of the message.
