Why we built this
We built ClearMyInbox because we were drowning in unwanted emails and existing tools either sold our data or were too expensive for what they offered.
We wanted something simple: connect your email, see what's cluttering your inbox, and unsubscribe from the stuff you don't want. No sneaky data harvesting, no upselling your information to advertisers, no confusing dashboards. Just a clean tool that does one job well.
What we stand for
- Privacy first. We never store your emails. We scan headers, metadata, and - when a sender hides their unsubscribe link in the message - the email HTML, purely to find unsubscribe links. Your email content is processed in memory and immediately discarded. Read more on our security page.
- Transparency. We're upfront about what data we collect, how we use it, and who has access. Our privacy policy is written in plain English, not legalese.
- Funded by you, not your data. We make money from subscriptions. We don't sell your data, show you ads, or share your information with anyone. Your data is yours.
