How to unsubscribe from Uniqlo emails

Uniqlo unsubscribe has a twist most guides skip: Uniqlo runs a separate website, account system, and mailing list for every region, so an opt-out on one country's site does nothing for another's. The fastest route is the footer link in any Uniqlo email; the tidiest is your account's Preference Settings, where a single newsletter checkbox controls marketing mail. Order and shipping emails are transactional and continue regardless. Every path, including the regional catch and app push, is below.

Try ClearMyInbox free - bulk unsubscribe in one click, free to start.

Method 1: account Preference Settings

  1. Sign in on the regional Uniqlo site you actually shop with - uniqlo.com/us for the United States.
  2. Open your Membership page and scroll to Profile Settings.
  3. Click Preference Settings.
  4. Untick the Uniqlo enews (newsletter) box and press Save.

Uniqlo's own FAQ says the update can take up to 3 working days, and mail already scheduled during that window still goes out.

Method 2: the in-email unsubscribe link

Every Uniqlo promotional email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works without logging in and, for non-members, Uniqlo also offers a newsletter settings form where you enter your email address to be removed. Gmail and Apple Mail additionally show a native one-click Unsubscribe button at the top of Uniqlo messages, driven by the standard mail header.

The regional-site catch

This is the part that trips people up. Uniqlo US, Uniqlo UK, and every other country site keep independent member databases and newsletters. If you signed up while browsing another region's store (easy to do - the sites look identical), that subscription survives your local opt-out. Uniqlo's FAQ is explicit: unsubscribe via the respective country's website. Check the footer of the email that keeps arriving to see which regional site sent it, then repeat the opt-out there. App notifications are yet another channel - manage them in the app under Membership → Settings, or at the device level.

Clear every clothing sender in one pass

Uniqlo rarely mails alone - H&M and Gap run the same weekly promo cadence, each behind a different preference page. ClearMyInbox scans your inbox once, lists every apparel sender it finds, and lets you opt out in bulk. For the broader playbook on sale alerts and drop announcements, see how to stop shopping emails.

When the opt-out does not seem to work

Give it the full 3 working days first. If Uniqlo mail continues past that, the near-certain explanation is a second regional list or the app's push channel masquerading as email in your mental tally. Rather than watching your inbox for weeks to be sure, let ClearMyInbox do the follow-up: roughly 30 days after your unsubscribe it audits the sender again and reports whether Uniqlo genuinely stopped or is still slipping through, so a lingering regional list gets caught instead of ignored.

Fallback: filter or block Uniqlo mail

As a final measure, act at the mailbox level. In Gmail, create a filter on the exact Uniqlo newsletter sender and pick Skip Inbox or Delete, leaving the rest of the domain alone so order confirmations still land. In Outlook, use Sweep on the sender or add it to the Blocked senders list under Junk email options.

Frequently asked questions

Why am I still getting Uniqlo emails after unsubscribing?

Uniqlo asks for up to 3 working days to process the change, and emails already scheduled will still send. The other common cause is regional lists: if you ever subscribed on a different country's Uniqlo site, that list keeps mailing until you unsubscribe there too.

Does unsubscribing affect my Uniqlo membership or coupons?

No. Your Uniqlo member account, purchase history, and any active coupons are untouched. The newsletter checkbox only controls marketing email - though coupons delivered by email obviously stop arriving that way.

How do I stop Uniqlo app notifications?

App push is separate from email. Open the Uniqlo app, go to the Membership page, and select Settings to manage notifications - or switch them off at the device level under your phone's notification settings.

I unsubscribed on the US site but still get emails from another country's Uniqlo - why?

Each regional Uniqlo site (US, UK, and so on) runs its own account system and mailing list. Uniqlo's own FAQ says to unsubscribe via the respective country's website, so repeat the opt-out on each site you ever signed up with.

Will order and shipping emails keep arriving?

Yes. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts are transactional and are not affected by the newsletter opt-out. They only appear when you place an order.
