How to unsubscribe from Zara emails

Zara unsubscribe works differently from most retailers: instead of a toggle buried in account settings, Zara gives each regional store a public newsletter unsubscribe page - for the US store it is zara.com/us/en/newsletter/unsubscribe - where you enter the email you subscribed with and confirm. Method 1: the regional newsletter unsubscribe page

1. Go to zara.com and check the region in the URL matches where you subscribed (for example /us/ or /uk/).
2. Open the Newsletter page from the site footer and pick unsubscribe.
3. Enter the subscribed email address and confirm.

If the page throws an "operation not allowed" style error, you are almost certainly on the wrong regional store for that address. Switch regions and retry, or use Method 2, which sidesteps the problem entirely.

Method 2: the footer link in any Zara newsletter

Every Zara newsletter ends with an unsubscribe link that already encodes your region and address, so it cannot hit the wrong list. Zara Home and the Inditex sisters are separate lists
