How to unsubscribe from Dominos emails

The cleanest Dominos unsubscribe is via your profile at dominos.com/profile, where the Communications section lists every promo category with a toggle. Dominos is one of the higher-frequency QSR (quick-service restaurant) email senders - coupon blasts, Piece of the Pie Rewards reminders, Super Bowl deals, late-night promos. The footer Unsubscribe link works without logging in if you prefer that route. Below covers both methods plus SMS opt-out, which is separate.

Try ClearMyInbox free - bulk unsubscribe in one click, free for the first 3 scans.

Method 1: Dominos profile communications page

  1. Sign in at dominos.com.
  2. Click your name in the top-right and choose Profile, or open dominos.com/profile directly.
  3. Scroll to Communications or Email preferences.
  4. Untick: Coupons and Promotions, Piece of the Pie Rewards marketing, Surveys, Partner offers.
  5. Click Save.

Order confirmations, delivery tracking, and dispute responses are transactional and not in the toggle list. They will keep arriving on real order events.

Method 2: in-email Unsubscribe link

Every Dominos promo email has a footer Unsubscribe link signed to your address. Works without a login but only opts you out of the specific category that delivered the email.

Gmail and Apple Mail expose Dominos' List-Unsubscribe header as a one-click button at the top of the message. It is the fastest single-category opt-out.

Method 3: SMS opt-out (separate from email)

Dominos texts are on a separate list. Email opt-out does not affect them.

  1. Reply STOP to any Dominos text message. Standard SMS opt-out keyword.
  2. Or update SMS preferences inside your profile under Communications.

Method 4: bulk opt-out across QSR loyalty programs

Once you sign up for one fast-food rewards program, marketing email floods in. ClearMyInbox finds every QSR sender in your Gmail or Outlook inbox and lets you opt out of all of them at once.

Will I lose my rewards if I unsubscribe?

No. Piece of the Pie Rewards is your account-level loyalty status and is unaffected by email opt-out. You keep your points, free-pizza credits, and member tier. Only the marketing emails about new ways to spend or earn points stop.

Frequently asked questions

Where are Dominos email preferences?

Sign in at dominos.com/profile, scroll to Communications or Email preferences. The page lists categories like Coupons, Promotions, Piece of the Pie Rewards, and Surveys, each with its own toggle.

Does unsubscribing from emails also opt me out of Dominos text messages?

No. Email and SMS are separate channels with separate opt-outs. To stop texts, reply STOP to any Dominos SMS or update SMS preferences under Communications.

Will my Piece of the Pie Rewards points be affected?

No. Email opt-out has no effect on your rewards balance or earning rate. Stopping promo emails just silences marketing - rewards continue to accrue and apply at checkout normally.

Why do I get Dominos emails when I never created an account?

If you placed a guest checkout order, Dominos may have added your email to its marketing list. Use the in-email Unsubscribe link or contact customer service to confirm removal. Dominos honors CAN-SPAM so opt-out is required to be processed within 10 business days.

Does Dominos honor List-Unsubscribe?

Yes. Gmail and Apple Mail will show the native one-click Unsubscribe button at the top of any Dominos marketing email. It uses RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe-Post, so the opt-out is processed without a web confirmation step.
