Method 1: the in-email unsubscribe link

1. Open a recent Shein promotional email - and check which regional site it came from, because .com, .co.uk and the rest keep separate lists.
2. Scroll all the way to the footer, click Unsubscribe, and confirm on the page that opens. That clears this list only.
3. Repeat for every Shein sender address in your inbox. Shein says removals take a few days, so expect a short tail either way.
