How to unsubscribe from Gemini exchange emails

Method 1: Gemini Communication preferences

1. Sign in at exchange.gemini.com. You will need to clear 2FA.
2. Click the avatar in the top-right and choose Settings.
3. Open Preferences, then Communication preferences.
4. You will see categories: Promotions, Product updates, Market commentary, Surveys, Referral program.
5. Untick every marketing category. Security categories will be greyed out - that is by design.
6. Save.

Method 2: remove watchlist price alerts

Price alerts are user-set and not in the Communication preferences page:
